What's up with the name?

Uhhh... we don't know why we picked the name but here's what a psychrometer is: A psychrometer is a device for measuring the chemical potential of water. When applied to measuring the chemical potential of water in a material, usually the psychrometers measure the chemical potential of water in air presumed to be in thermodynamic equilibrium with the water in the material of interest. And spin just made it sound cooler I guess.
